| Program Descriptions (General)
All programs include ongoing fitness assessments as well as
nutrition consultations.
1. Women on Weights: Work on those female problem areas in a comfortable
male-free environment. We'll push you to reach your potential,
while
focusing on your needs as a woman.
2. General Strength & Conditioning: This session includes
25 minutes of
cardiovascular exercise as well as 25 minutes of strength training.
It is
an efficient workout for any level.
3. Boot Camp: Serious strength training and cardiovascular exercise
are
combined in a high intensity circuit format. Come ready to work
hard and
sweat hard!
4. Basic Strength Training: Although the lifts are basic and technique
is
stressed, you'll work hard to dramatically improve strength
and muscle tone.
5. Advanced Strength Training: This program utilizes advanced
training
techniques and teaches advanced multi-joint lifts. Some will advance
from
beginning strength training, but this program is not for everyone.
6. Cardioflex: This session combines 25 minutes of cardiovascular
exercise
followed by 25 minute of flexibility training. It is a must for
most.
7. Power Core: The core (deep abdominals, low back, and hips)
is the
body's power house. Training these muscles will prevent and / or
rehabilitate low back injuries while toning your midsection.
