| Strength: The force a muscle or muscle group can exert in one maximal effort. Pure strength is not our number one goal at Team Fitness. We focus on "functional" strength, the kind of strength you would utilize everyday. The Team Fitness philosophy is much different than the traditional body building method of isolating muscle groups. Whether you are lifting your 2 year old or throwing a ball to your 10 year old, your workouts at Team Fitness will improve the efficiency of these movements while making you look and feel better. |
