Agility/Plyometrics
Agility:
The ability to stop, start, and change direction in a controlled manner.

Team Fitness utilizes over 50 different footwork drills specific to each athlete¹s needs.

Plyometrics:
An exercise in which a muscle is stretched and immediately contracted to produce a powerful movement.
Plyometrics are an important part of an athlete¹s power development, but may also be dangerous when implemented imporperly. Team Fitness¹ staff is highly educated in biomechanics as well as exercise physiology to assure maximum efficiency and safety in your workouts.
