| Balance: The ability to maintain a position without moving for a given period of time. Team Fitness utilizes mostly free weights along with balance training equipment in order to defy an athlete's stable zone. These tools work by forcing you to recruit more muscle fibers in order to stabilize. As a result, athletes are able to exert force from an unstable position, and are less prone to injuries during competition. Core: |
